It's absurd that there's a single queue already at 9:30 pm for both those coming in for dinner and those coming in for after-dinner drinks. We waited 20 minutes to get in even though we already had a dinner reservation.

Dinner was served at your table. The tagliata steak was delicious, and the pistachio tiramisu was excellent. The evening featured a live music show.

I decided to celebrate my graduation at Sublime on the recommendation of a friend. I have to say, I couldn't have chosen a better place. The dinner was top-notch, the service and music were truly unique... Everything was perfect, so much so that we decided to plan it and come back again. Guaranteed fun, excellent choice throughout. I was pleasantly surprised and very happy that everything went so well. A special thank you to Sublime for making my party unforgettable, both for me and all my guests.

Excellent food, served hot and freshly cooked, with a good selection. Cocktail selection and friendly staff. The atmosphere is very youthful on certain evenings. It's a shame about the poorly mixed and very loud music. Although informed at the entrance, it's unpleasant to be asked several times while eating to leave your table. They remove them to make room in the dining room for dancing. A little more tact wouldn't hurt. The atmosphere is very refined, excellent for events. Parking is a bit of a problem, but Jon is always easy to find.

Awesome location!! Excellent place to celebrate a special birthday. I chose the aperitif with two drinks for €30. My guests were satisfied. The only downside is that when booking the aperitif, the closing time is 2:00 AM, not 5:00 AM as indicated on the website.

Good food, nice music, first piano bar and then DJ set, spaces a bit too narrow especially in the DJ set area, 30 euros unlimited buffet and 2 drinks... excellent price, shame that then a bottle of water at room temperature is 5 euros from thieves

I celebrated my birthday. I booked a party for 25 people with Giulio. The food was excellent, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the music was lively. We had a great time. I put on a great party for very little money. My guests were extremely happy and satisfied. We had a great time. Thanks to Giulio for organizing and booking the event. He's a very professional person. I recommend this place, and don't look at the negative reviews.

The buffet offers a wide selection, the bartenders are fast and knowledgeable, and the outdoor area is as spacious as the inside. The only downside is that the bathrooms are unusable after a certain hour, but that's not the staff's fault. Unfortunately, the rudeness of those who drink too much isn't something you can control. In any case, I'll definitely be back for a fun-filled evening!

I spent a Saturday evening with a dinner show. The food was excellent, the staff was kind and super capable... it's just a shame the show started too late. I waited anyway because it was worth it.

Very nice location, food of varying quality (the seared tuna is good). The reception staff is friendly, but the table service staff is a bit less so.

A beautiful, scenic, multi-story villa with a grand staircase leading up to the entrance. The ground floor has a large room with tables for dancing after dinner. The upper floors can be rented for private parties. It's elegant and charming, and the food is good, but not excellent. The only downside is that there's no parking, just a small garage with 20 spots that must be reserved in advance. It's really hard to find a spot.

What can I say? We organized an event, the welcome and support were perfect, the organization professional, and the setting simply stunning. The building hosting it is historic, with original floors from the Umberto I era paired with elegant dark walls and windows overlooking Rome. Is that enough? Add in the comfortable furnishings and ultra-modern lighting, and you're all set. Hats off.

Not a bad place for those who enjoy a dinner with a twist. I celebrated my birthday there. Everything was delicious and inexpensive. The only thing I didn't like was that when they clear the tables, you have to go to the cashier for a ticket, and then there's a bar charge of €70 for three proseccos in plastic cups.

Very good, great place, but a little more smiles from the staff at the entrance would be appreciated. The parking managers and waiters, however, were very friendly.

To celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday, we rented the main floor of the venue exclusively. For my daughter, for us, and her guests, it was a memorable party. For me, that's the only thing that matters; and it's priceless. I have experience as a consultant in organizing private events and can appreciate the commitment and attention of the managers and staff: they were excellent, from the first meeting and site inspection to the management of the service, every minute of the party. The management, the waiting staff, DJ, bartender, hostess, and security staff worked like a tight-knit and punctual orchestra: this was the most important thing for us, combining friendliness with availability. Of course, the food and drinks were also top-notch, but serenity and fun were the key elements of success. A special thanks to Stephanie for always being ready to listen and coordinating everything: her grace, elegance, and friendly professionalism were the "signature" of this event. For this occasion, I couldn't have chosen a better person to rely on. Thanks again to everyone.
