Garibaldi Rome
Description
Along the ancient Via Tiberina, north of Rome, Garibaldi Roma occupies a restored farmhouse that has been shaping memorable gatherings since 1970. The interior tells its own story through material details: timber-clad walls that soften candlelight, an open fireplace that anchors every room, exposed beams that carry the quiet weight of more than five decades of shared meals and celebrations. The indoor spaces lend themselves to intimate wedding receptions, private dinners, corporate gatherings and milestone celebrations where atmosphere matters as much as the menu. An outdoor area extends the experience into the open air during warmer months, adding a relaxed, countryside quality to the event flow. The kitchen is the defining element: Roman classics — hand-rolled pasta with cacio e pepe, grilled meats carved tableside — prepared with locally sourced ingredients and delivered with the attentiveness of a family-run house that has never treated hospitality as routine. Garibaldi Roma suits a broad range of occasions: intimate civil ceremonies followed by a seated reception, company dinners that call for warmth rather than formality, family reunions and private celebrations of any scale. Its location on the Via Tiberina ensures straightforward access from central Rome as well as from the northern Lazio road network. Picture your guests drawing close to the fire, conversations carried by the scent of wood and slow-cooked meat: that particular quality of belonging, unhurried and entirely genuine, is what this address has always offered.

Highly recommended restaurant, we had a very good time
An absolutely wonderful restaurant! Every dish we tasted was delicious, each one better than the last. How can a mini truffle pizza be so incredibly flavorful?! The presentations are carefully crafted down to the smallest detail and the service was excellent. The restaurant's decor is a perfect mix of modern and traditional touches, with elements that honor its roots. The owners take care of every table with true attention and passion. A fantastic place, we warmly recommend it to everyone! We will definitely be back.
The venue is elegant and carefully detailed, with a large parking lot. We started with a raw artichoke salad with pecorino and pear: truly unique and very good, the pairing was spot on. We also had a tartare with fried artichoke, which was also excellent. For the first course, we chose fettuccine with ossobuco, very flavorful. Then for mains, a Danish bone-in steak, accompanied by artichoke alla giudia and escarole with raisins, and an ossobuco with mashed potatoes: everything was really very good. A special mention for the olive oil, which was spectacular and of great quality. To finish, we had a millefeuille and a chocolate lava cake with pear cream, both very good. Overall we were very satisfied: excellent food, a refined atmosphere, and also a very interesting wine and digestif menu. Definitely a place to return to✨🌷
